Between the past ten and twenty years, the communication technology andtelecommunicationdevelopment rapidly, several revolutionary changes have takenplace in the communication System, user’s demand to business bigger and bigger, itseems to be driving force to promote the development of communication Systemquickly, so in order to meet the above challenges, in order to adapt to the new changeof mobile communication System, the Third Generation Partnership Project (3rdGeneration Partnership Project (3GPP) started about3G (Third Generation) typeEvolution systems long-term Evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) and theEvolution of System Architecture, System Architecture Evolution, SAE) research andstandardization.In wireless communication system, mobile communication system, RadioResource Management (RRM, Radio Resource Management) provides air interface ofwireless Resource Management functions, the purpose is to be able to provide somemechanism to ensure wireless air interface to the efficient use of resources, realize theoptimal Resource use efficiency, maximize the utilization of wireless spectrum, toprevent the network congestion and keep it as small as possible signaling load, so asto meet the demand of the system defined by the wireless resources.This article mainly introduces some of the techniques of wireless resourcemanagement, mainly in the enhanced cell interference coordination scenarios CGIinformation read and precision measurement technology research, research is basedon link level simulation of communication system, and the simulation results forperformance evaluation, the main content of the article include:(1) according to the3GPP meetings scene the assumptions set forth in theagreement, and the existing simulation parameters, related to the3GPP meetings setup based on CGI-reading and precision measurement of single cell benchmarkplatform, the platform to link level simulation platform.(2) introduce the existing neighborhood interference technology development,and according to the3GPP meetings proposal, in a single area of the village scene, platform to add interference and interference coordination technology related ABSconfiguration, complete neighborhood interference coordination scenarios below linksimulation platform.(3) The results of simulation by the link simulation platform, analyzes the resultsof the simulation, get under interference coordination scenarios for CGI-reading andthe influence of accuracy of measurement results. And according to the simulationresults give some rationalization Suggestions.
