Until now,512earthquake has been four years,with the help of the social from all walks of life, the injured physically disabled children’s learning and life has been largely on track. But with the receding of psychological assistance"boom", in the emotional aspects, most of physically disabled children show sensitive, fragile and anxiety, this symptoms still didn’t get effective relief, so that in getting along with others, they appear such as timid, withdrawn, escape phenomeon ect. the reality of human communication situation is not optimistic.The "Internet interaction" is a new way of human communication, which plays an important role in human communication of physically disabled children. The "Internet interaction" of non—physical presence can make physically disabled children to ignore the fact of physical disabilities, with the aid of Internet platform, the physically disabled children not only talks relaxed and freely communicate with others, but also gives them more emotional experience. At the same time, this kind of feeling can be extended to real human communication, to enhance physically disabled children’s self-confidence, which is useful to improve their human communication level, promote the development of physically disabled children’s physical and mental health.Based on the512wen chuan earthquake physically disabled children’s sustained attention, this paper choose fraternity school in the du jiang yan and the qing chuan’s physically disabled children as the research sample, with their real status for a foothold in human communication, through the questionnaire survey method, interview method, and participatory observation, collect and combed relevant information and date about physically disabled children’s human communication and "Internet interaction". In this paper, based on the current situation of physically disabled children’s human communication, analyses the adverse factor of their human communication, mainly for children’s internal reasons and school, family and other external factors. This paper through expounds physically disabled children’s composition of main survey part and behavior of the "Internet interaction", analysis and described the "Internet interaction" to physically disabled children’s confidence, care, and other sports emotional experience. Finally, on the basis of deeply analysis physically disabled children use "Internet interaction" will arise new problems and possible trend, put forward relevant strategiesto guide the behavior of the "net work interaction" of physically disabled children, such as carry out Parent-school cooperative, rational use physically disabled children’s spare time to guide their internet activities, the final purpose is to hastening after benefit and avoid damage, use the "Internet interaction" improve physically disabled children’s human communication level.
