Free newspaper media is old and young. In the early days of newspaper development, the free newspaper is a kind of style. With the development of advertising industry, all kinds of free newspaper has the potential of expanding, but overall is still in a resigned the change and development. In the20th century, truly free newspapers appeared in the modern sense. Since the21st century, face the impact of the new technology of network, and competition in the media, the newspaper in the new media environment and media competition to break the constant demand. So the free newspaper became one of the important ways. In our country, along with the rapid development of urbanization, urban scale grows, the increasing urban population, the living in a community and the traffic on the underground became an inevitable trend of urban development. This development trend is the neutralization in fierce competition with the emerging media. And under the impact of the newspaper industry provides a potential space for development.
