Recently, Taihu Lake is polluted seriously, even affects the daily life of the resident and the development of the city. For this, Taihu Lake algae monitoring network is built to achieve real time monitoring on Taihu water quality, find the causes of pollution and solve them.Compared to traditional water quality methods, this monitoring network combines Wireless Sensor Network and Mobile Network, taking advantages of WSN’s large number of nodes and large area of data acquisition, Mobile Network’s convenience and better data-rate, makes the monitoring in Industrial production more scientific and practical. WSN takes charge in water quality data acquisition, data is transferred to business platform and information center via mobile network, and they build an advanced monitoring structure. However, it’s not easy to calibrate sensors, which are distributed under the water in long time, hand-held acquisition and calibration device is needed with two functions: data acquisition, means that users acquire the data of different areas of Taihu Lake easily, so that they could record and judge the trend of variation, to prevent the algae outbreak; data calibration, which means users calibrate sensors remotely without taking out the devices distributed under water, it’s much more convenient.In this subject, according to the characteristics of Taihu Lake algae monitoring network, the way of taking smartphone as hardware to implement software is chosen, it could satisfy the demand of mobile calibration and convenient manipulation. In the process of data acquisition, technology of data fusion is used, which makes the acquired data more scientific and reliable. The software is accomplished by author independently, as a demo, this system is not stable perfectly, and User-Interface is not so friendly, these could be improved in the future.
