The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Reading Room Billing System For Colleges Based On RFID

At present, information technology has been widely applied to various fields, and its advantages are gradually. Therefore, In order to improve to promote the management level, more and more fields start to promote informatization, including reading room for college. The traditional manual management mode of reading room can not meet the needs of college. In this context, it is increasingly important to develop a Reading Room Billing System for College automated processing which can meet college’s needs.In this paper, Reading Room Billing System for College is designed based on C/S. Based on the investigation and Analysis of business process on Reading Room Billing System, the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements are determined. The system can manage billing business effective, and it has many advantages, for example, it is very simply to install and maintain, very easily to operateThe main work of this paper includes three parts as follows:1.The choice of development technology:Based on the two development framework of comprehensive study of B/S and C/S and considering the electronic reading room of university accounting business, electronic reading room of university charging system is developed based on C/S model. At the same time, the system selects VC as the development platform, in order to simplify the system development using MFC technology, the technology can greatly improve the development efficiency, reduce development difficulty. The system uses SQL Server2005to store the system data information, in order to realize automation of electronic reading room billing business computing, introduces RFID technology.2.Analysis of the electronic reading room of university accounting system. This paper first analyses the feasibility of the project, to prevent the system because of unable to meet the resource requirements and can not be achieved, resulting in unnecessary losses. Then the set of electronic reading room of university charging system generally demand three aspects, functional modules from the module function analysis and system analysis, the use case diagram to determine the detailed requirements of the system, including activity flow chart of the system permissions for different users and the function of each module of the analysis.3.Based on the detailed design of the system, the basic functions of electronic reading room of university accounting system is implemented with Visual C++technology, the system used for the development of the technology are introduced, and then the key functions of the system implementation are introduced, the system can achieve the test, test results show that the system meets the the current design requirements.
