In order to excavate the file sharing relationship among users in the p2p networks, and fully reflect the inner structure of content interaction and distruction in the p2p networks, this paper provides a method and system of constructin the copyright content similarity graph in the p2p networks. Based on the comprehensive user objective behavior, this method constructs the copyright content similarity graph using the following steps:First, data preprocessing; Second, node ability caculation; Finally, clustering and reclustering. Step2can includes the following sub-steps:First, based on the comprehensive user objective behavior, calculate the user behavior threat and the cotent propagation ability. Then, nodes in the copyright content similarity graph are layered according to the cotent propagation ability stratification strategy. Finally, paint the nodes in different layers with related colors. What’s noteworthy is that during the construction of the copyright content similarity graph, a user objective hehavior model is proposed based on the hehavior state, behavior duration, behavior velocity and behavior type and thus the quantitative criteria of user behavior threat and content propagation ability and the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of content propagation analysis and monitoring. However, in order to attain this goal, the copyright content similarity graph needs updating effectively and promptly. So this paper continue to delve into the effective method of updating the copyright content similarity graph. The proposed update method in the paper carries out local dynamic update on the copyright content similarity graph based on the user object hehavior. The method includes the following steps:First, updating information in the originating node. The stated information contains user behavior threat (UBT) and content propagation ability (CPA). Second, the originating propagates the updating message to its several neighbor nodes. Finally, neighbor nodes that received the updating message update their information which includes user behavior threat and node propagation ability. In fact, any content propagation is driven by the user subjective behavior, and the user subjective behavior decides the user himself will take part in the propagation of related copyright content. So it is indispensable to analyse the user subjective behavior. So far, copyright content supervision mostly deals with piracy in a post processing way, that is, once piracy is detected, the system will retard the download/upload of the related content so as to stop the sharing process. However, by analysing the user subjective behavior, we could detect the piracy propagation trendency of the pirated content before its propagation so that the early warning becomes possible and by forestalling the trendency of piracy propagation, we could effectively inhibit piracy propagation. In view of this fact, a dynamic way of updating the user subjective behavior in the p2p networks based on the theory of planned behavior is propsoed in this paper.
