In this paper, a multi-channel fiber-optic transmission system which is made of multi-optical fiber as a transmission media is introduced. It can fulfill the bidirectional and high-speed signal transmission by means of different optical channel in real-timeThis system is based on project which has studied many years and has designed a multi-channel optical fiber transmission system for high-definition digital video signal. This system which is an important part that is multi-channel real-time optical communication relies on XXX model and key. As a result, the main work of this paper includes two aspects:the hardware and software design.In hardware, first, the comparison and analysis can be process between the optical and electric switch in performance and reliable. In result, the electric switches scheme takes into account as multi-channel switch unit of transmission system. Second, designed and debugger have been achieved in the high speed laser drive, the optical receiver of the bigger dynamic score, the code and decode of the video and data signal, at end, correlation function is fulfilled in transmission system. Finally, the monitoring unit of the system is designed that output the real-time result, such as voltage in each PCB、video signal is or not、operation state of system and channel switch etc.In software, the MSP430series single-chip machine and CPLD are applied in this design and programmed with C language and VHDL language. Through computer developer, designed and programmed electronic switch、 data code/decode、system monitor software etc.The-switch code is used to control multi-channel optical path switching, the optical path selection and collision is considered. The current state test and power-off of the system is locked and registered. The data code/decode procedure is programmed to complete8B transform to and from10B for high-speed parallel video and instruction data. The reliable transmission of the system is based on it. The voltage and operation state of the system in each part is monitored through procedure, the data as series format output. The operation state and the failure point of the current system are obtained at same time.As a result, many improvements in design and debugging has done. The system in this paper is introduced has applied in weapon system and gaining good results. This system meets design demand and achieve relation function of the multi-channel optical fiber transmission system. It can be used in many civilians and military field with similar function need.
