In order to solve the low efficiency of water booster and balance tracking control of hydrostatic and hydraulic oil pipe high pressure test that the water in the high-pressure process. Based on the variable frequency control and PLC configuration network computer, a hydraulic test machine control system designed, the control system conclude the PLC electrical control and hydraulic control about electro-hydraulic proportional valve, it has a good human-computer visual screen which can show the process of the dynamic response of pressure changes and restore time, discriminate the steel pipe suppress property and storage tubes suppression curve, dwell time, judgment record.that easy to find quality tracking. The main content of this paper is as follows:Introduced current situation and the structure and function of the hydrostatic pressure testing machine. The main control scheme include the design of the hydraulic system, hydraulic control system theory and design program and monitoring software design.Studied_the Inverter control booster pump system, analysis the inverter control principle, designed the inverter control system, according to the deficiencies of the inverter control, adjust the accused pump for PID regulator.Calculated Steel pipe water pressure parameters and hydraulic value of hydrostatic pressure testing machine master cylinder, analysis of the characteristics of the proportional valve ofproportional valve deadband compensation.The automatic control system for hydrostatic pressure testing machine, including the preparation of the VB-based program screen, and the preparation of the record storage table and curve and record query compiled based on STEP7next bit machine program. PLC via OPC protocol with IPC freeport communication, the host computer to facilitate the setting parameters, hydraulic systems and hydraulic systems to suppress the process to maintain the kind of homeostasis.The result shows:the inverter control system is able to fulfill the requirements of high pressure to suppress the process of hydrostatic pressure testing machine, studied the proportional valve characteristics, adjusted the compensation of deadband,aimed piecewise linear proportional valve to achieve pressurization requirementscan. For achieve the goal, through the way of communicate via OPC, the host machine could monitor the on-site equipment, They make full use of the advantages of the PLC and a certain value in engineering. It will effective use the on-site resources and existing theoretical knowledge, designed results in keep with the actual site, can content the requirements of the market for steel pipe testing equipment.
