In recent years, with the continuous development of the mobile communication technology andmobile terminal devices the user is confronted with many different kinds of intelligentcommunication devices around. Therefore, the user can not be satisfied by using single terminal andsingle network. And the multi-terminal and multi-network collaboration will be the direction of thefuture communication. It is necessary to propose a group mobility model to meet the developmentof future communication. The group mobility model should include the changes of the entire groupand the internal nodes in the group.On the basis of the existing mobility model there are two key points for group mobility modelwhich can be used in emergency scene. On one hand, the relationship of the nodes is one of the keypoints. The nodes in the group cooperate with each other as the way of virtual terminal. In thispaper, an effective Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) algorithm which combines AHP andTOPSIS is proposed to assist the user to select terminal and network in multi-network andMulti-terminal scene. Then, the user will always experience the best.On the other hand, theposition change of the virtual terminal is the other key point. It is different from the traditionalmobility model. The movement of the virtual terminal which consists of devices is around a centralnode. The central which determines the trend of the location of the terminal is the user himself.Therefore, it becomes a very important part of the group mobility model to simulate the movementof virtual terminal. The paper simulates the movement in real-world environment.
