Smart home is under rapid development nowadays, while the realization of various functions ina smart home system still lacks of a unified standard. By applying the multi-terminal cooperativecontrol (MTCC) method to smart home system, this thesis introduces the concept of MTCC to asmart home for the first time. Then the modular design of a MTCC system is proposed, which isvery versatility.First of all, the MTCC is divided into two main parts based on its purpose: comfort basedMTCC and energy-saving based MTCC. And then the generalized control process for each part hasbeen analysis respectively. Then, this thesis proposes the modular design of a complete MTCCsystem in smart home system.After that, this thesis analysis and designs the application algorithm of the MTCC method.Firstly, the comfort based cooperative control algorithm is designed. This thesis presents thetemperature multi-data weighted fusion strategy and the artificial emotion based temperaturecontrol algorithm, and it’s compared with the trodictional algorithm in Matlab. Results show that thepresented algorithm is able to meet the personalized demand of comfort control. Secondly, theenergy-saving based cooperative control algorithm is designed. This thesis presents a multiterminalcooperation strategy based on improved banker’s algorithm which cooperative controls bothhousehold appliances and resources. It’s also compared with the trodictional algorithm in Matlab.Results show that the presented algorithm can manage each process intelligently based on availableresources, thus saves energy and reduces costs effectively.
