For The Job Shop Shop Virtual Manufacturing Simulation Technology Research

With the rising and rapid development of global knowledge economy, virtual manufacturing is more and more widely applied in various aspects. Job Shop-oriented workshop’s virtual manufacturing is a significant part of implementing the whole process of virtual manufacturing. Therefore, it is necessary to do more research on the Job Shop-oriented virtual manufacturing simulation technology. This dissertation designed the three-dimensional geometric modeling interface based on the mixed BRep\CSG with coordinate representation, and realized modeling for the Job Shop-oriented virtual workshop simulation model with the interface. In other words, it established the workshop environment for Job Shop-oriented virtual manufacturing simulation. In the design of Job Shop-oriented virtual workshop production line, it used flow-line analysis together with genetic algorithm to decide on the U-mode layout of virtual workshop manufacturing devices, used grid method combined with heuristic search algorithm to design the motion driving interface of virtual Automatic Guide Vehicle and also introduced the traffic control based on certain rules to solve the AGVs’ congestion and collision problems. When Job shop-oriented virtual manufacturing simulation workshop environment and workshop production line were established, the dissertation made a concrete analysis of pressure vessel for chemical industry product parameters, virtual productive task, technological processes and their corresponding device parameters, then a simulation software based on virtual chemical pressure vessel production was developed enabling the simulation for virtual production of chemical pressure vessels and preliminarily realizing virtual production and scheduling. Finally, the dissertation presented virtual production line optimization techniques for subsequent work.
