With the technology development of intelligent robot, the application area has been enlarged besides the exploitation of manufacture, agriculture, medical, ocean. And it has entered people’s life. With the development of intelligent technology, teaching intelligent robot is becoming more and more important and common. Since1980s, many developed country, such as USA, Japan and so on, has realized the value of robot teaching. They began to apply the intelligent robot. Many teaching chersonese, teachers, robot developers has focused on it. Research in robot has already become a high and new technology area. This essay has finished the research of the wheel type moving robot control system’s abiding, algorithm of automatic obstacle avoidance and research of ranging obstacle avoidance system by ultrasonic wave.This essay expounded the development of robot and the current researching situation of teaching robot from domestic and overseas. And it ana lysed the obstacle avoidance of teaching intelligent robot. Then it summarized the control way of intelligent robot. It talked about the key technology and the development of obstacle avoidance. It pointed out that the auto obstacle avoidance ability was the important indicator of intelligent degree and was also the important condition of intelligent robot’s safe moving. The traditional algorithm often rely on the precise mathematical model and the whole environmental message. When the message lose or un know and the mathematical model cannot confirm, the effect of the obstacle avoidance cannot be satisfied. At last this essay put forward the meaning if researching in this field and expound the main content.In accordance with the above case, first this essay did analysts of motion to the teaching robot. It built a elastic kinematics model for the expanding researching.Then it summarized the design of the whole hardware system of the teaching robot and the transducer of spectacle avoidance. To build a hardware platform for the realization of algorithm. The system based on Atm egal128. It includes the designs of chitinous current dynamo, ultrasonic transducer, power module and so oon.Third, it labored the software and hardware design of ultrasonic ranging spectacle avoidance system. It expounded the technology and application of ultrasonic ranging. And it summarized the mix methods of in fared rays.At last it researched algorithm of fuzzy obstacle avoidance deeply. First it expounded the fuzzy control theory. Based on this theory, it Bulpitt a fuzzy rule of the obstacle avoidance system. By using the result of ultrasonic ranging, it can achieve the obstacle avoidance of the robot.
