Settlement Centralized Management System Of Technics Software Base On COM For Sinochem Group

Strengthening the capital control and management as well as realizing highefficiency flowing，striving for the centralization and cooperation of financial resourceshave been the key points of company financial management. Highly centralized capitalcontrol has become an inexorable trend for the development of the company. Butbecause subordinate organizations are widely distributed and lack of essentialtechnology methods，capital centralization control is to be solved urgently. Thesettlement platform Sinochem group intends to explore is the main channel for thecompany’s capital management. We will stick to the design principle--data， applicationand management centralization，standardize company’s capital management flow，andrealize the integration of capital management mode for capital budget， capitialanalysis， financing management， account deposit management， fund settlement，international settlement， bill management and so on…By analyzing the management needs of settlement managment， this thesis usesmodern information technology to provide informationalized and integrated proposalfor the settlement centralization management. B/S design is applied to realize theremote data aquisition and settle the interface between information systems andperipheral systems. J2EE architecture implements the layered system management，and XML technology can make the interface document standardization realised. DS2connection database is applied to settle high-capacity data of the company. By analyzingthe advantages and disadvantages of the fully and partially contralized modes and takingconsideration of the settlement business of Sinochem Group, partially centralized modeis applied and the system is designed accordingly under this mode. Detailed design hasbeen done for the performance indicator of the system, network configuration, functionconfiguration of the system, system safety, interface proposal and so on... In thefunction design part, contract management system, international settlement managementsystem, image management system, interface management, business authorizationmanagement are carefully designed. By system detection and actual on-line operation,the system is tested to satisfy the needs and design requirements. Finally, the merits and drawbacks of the settlement centralization management are fully analyzed andsummarized.
