In today’s world of intense competition, enterprises in order to survive and develop,must continue to improve their core competitiveness. Human resource is the mostimportant core of all competition, how to build a complete human resources evaluationsystem, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance. Theenterprise wants to be in intense competition in the continuous, healthy development,we must reduce the cost, improve the efficiency of management, establish a set of theirown management methods, the first enterprise resources essential factor is the humanresources, is to produce the core competitiveness of the key, and to improve theenterprise human resources management function and level, optimize manpowerresource is the core. Enterprise human resource management is the basis of humanresource management system, which based on the enterprise staff and its qualitative andquantitative evaluation, comprehensive reflection of their work, make scientificjudgment and analysis, to establish a good salary system, fully mobilize the enthusiasmof each employee’s work enthusiasm, fully invested in enterprise operation, growingenterprises.This thesis mainly studies based on C/S model of enterprise human resourcemanagement system analysis, design, implementation and testing process. The paperintroduces how to use the software development technology and the databasetechnology designed to meet the needs of the Anyuan company of enterprise humanresource management system. First introduced the system of background, to thedomestic and foreign present situation has analyzed and discussed the topic researchsignificance; on the subsequent development of the system of Delphi and SQL databasetechnology is introduced briefly; then, according to the security characteristics ofenterprises, the Anyuan company and the status of the research, and from the enterprisefunction demand and system performance requirements are analyzed; then the systemmodules of the detailed design, the operation flow chart and function structure diagramand process descriptions, detailed elaborated the system each module design method. Inaddition, at the completion of the database table structure design, start module system, based on the operation flow of screenshots, and specific code analysis, completed theoverall design of the system. Finally, through the detailed functional point test and UATtest and BUG repair, to complete the system development and testing, formed a productfor Anyuan company to use.
