In the process of the manufacturing industry increasingly today, more and morehigh precision and complex processing appear, especially for complex surfaceprocessing requirements higher machine tools. The traditional cantilever machine hasseries of parts to reach hinged processing requirements, but the reasons for the clearanceand cantilever hinged deformation make it could not get high structure stiffness, anderrors accumulated execute serious influence the accuracy of the processing. As theparallel mechanism development in recent years have adapted to this need, the parallelmechanism has high stiffness, carrying capacity is strong and compact structure, thesecharacteristics compared with the traditional institutions formed the goodcomplementary, but the main influence for the precision of the parallel mechanism iscaused by connecting rod deformation and the vibration of the system.With the development of computer technology, especially the development ofsimulation technology, more and more modern mechanical product developmentoptimization rely on the computer by the virtual prototype technology of ADAMS, andfor the parallel machine simplify the coupling mechanism modeling and vibrationanalysis as an example. Through the model vibration analysis to find the execution ofthe great influence, and improve the model structure to reduce the vibration andimprove precision.In this paper, through the three-dimensional modeling software UG createsimplified model of parallel institutions according to the actual connection into acomplete drive system. In the early period through the data transfer part import theassembly model to ADAMS and build transmission parts of constraint between sportsand complete simulation. And then replace the corresponding rigid body with the keycomponents deformation flexible body division to realize the coupling model. Throughthe simulation got conditions of the inherent frequency and vibration features in thelight of different types of vibration are forced vibration analysis to the research of the vibration response.Completed the flexible multi-body simulation model in the establishment basedon the moving platform and make the movement mechanism to optimize by adding theappropriate cable-stiffness spring-damper body. In the optimized model to do the sameexcitation input vibration analysis, compare the response of the vibration and thecharacteristics of institutions’ changes of before and after optimize to provide the basisanalysis for the future physical model. This analysis for the parallel machine in theabove fields of theory and practical research has important significance.
