With expansion of company scale and increase of operation base, the total implements of police will break250sets in2012.In the condition of registration and inventory by hand, the human resources cannot meet the demand gradually, which leads huge inconvenient to management and quantity control, as well as CAAC inspection.In order to solve the problems above, to effectively master and share the resource information of police implements, and to promote informatization of management, I collect ideas from various devices, learn management process, and improve basic utility functions, at the same time, I combine management method of Service Department to develop the management system of police implements fit for Tianjin Airlines and other airlines.Firstly, on the basis of discussing project context and design problems, this paper analyses functional and non-functional requirements, and detailed elaborates the requirements by flow chart.After analyzing the requirements, firstly I give an outline of each module to reach the realization of whole design sketch and each part. Then I design the core interface of each part. Finally I design the data base and get the E-R chart.At last, I give detailed description of each part and give an outline description of testing.In conclusion, on the basis of analyzing requirements, I design and achieve the management system of police implements aimed at civil aviation safety.
