Statistical work occupies an important position in the management of modern statistics to provide information for each link of statistical management. In modern statistical system, the traditional statistical models simple for superior service could no longer meet the requirements of the statistics. Compare view, now, Weifang the research of quality of statistical data in the government was more theoretical exploration of the meaning of the statistical quality, management and evaluation system. Only individual researchers improved data quality by drawing on international norms but it lacks of an in-depth analysis of the quality of statistical data on the government, and people in practical research is still dominated by inspection accuracy, and less consideration such as timeliness and comparability of the data. Thus we can’t make a comprehensive, scientific judgment for the quality of statistical data in the government. To this end, we have designed and implemented the management of statistical information systems in Weifang.In the systems development process oriented analysis and design of software engineering is used and conducts a detailed functional description of the various modules of the Weifang Municipal Bureau of Statistics Information Management System. Focused on the work of the system and statistics reporting and management features, the system uses Java language to develop, implements the MVC design pattern, uses Struts framework implementation in the presentation layer, uses Spring framework in the application tier namely the business logic layer, the data layer uses Hibernate Framework implementation, the system features perfect. This article makes general requirements analysis on the system and makes case analysis to the module through the analysis of the overall business. First of all, on the basis of the overall system needs analysis, system makes architecture design, proposes the construction of the system design principles, make detailed design in module and database in the system structure of the frame. And then this article makes the system more discussion, through the relationships between core business and core business objects, makes description of each module by means of a time series chart analysis. Finally, this article summed up to Weifang Bureau of Statistics Statistical Information Management System, the place where need to be improved is clearly expressed, and made a brief description of the system’s development prospect.This article designs and analyzes the Weifang Bureau of Statistics Statistical of information management system in detail. In the general direction it is divided into three modules namely collection and statistical, data processing, data query. Data collection and statistical makes data statistics in the selected range, statistical data includes received and all subordinate data that through the logic checksum integrity check. Data processing function mainly divided into data collection, data printing, batch audit and batch calculation function. Data query function mainly divided into senior query, theme query, data log and operation log function. Application of the Statistical Office Statistical Information Management System in Weifang city, established a large collection network of statistical information, implemented the intelligent, information in the management, promoted the further development of Weifang Bureau of Statistics statistical information management and it meets the needs of the rapid development of statistics management in Weifang City.
