To meet the demands for policy and production, signal centralization interlockingsystem are required to be installed in substation of large-scale mine and transport tunnel.This dissertation is written under the condition of lacking the well-made signalcentralization interlocking system and more precise positioning system. It consultsresearch results of available system and uses practical transportation conditions in YinaCoal Industry (Group) Co, Ltd Qianqiu Coal Mine for reference; proposing andcompleting the research and design of the ones used in undermine railroad transportationon basis of preciesely positioning. The design is mainly about the substation.The thesis describes composition, functions, basic principles and peripherals ofsignal centralization interlocking system. Referring to the practical route layout ofrailway of Yina Coal Industry(Group) Co, Ltd Qianqiu Coal Mine, it divides thewheeling length, ensures proper positions of signal controller and electric switchertogether with the display type of the controller, works out hostile route by directedgraph method and interlock forms for route and most importantly, completes the designof the positioning system and substation of signal centralization interlocking system.The positioning system measures the acceleration of the locomotive at any time,calculates its velocity and position and realizes the positioning function. The substationof signal centralization interlocking system is mainly controlled by the PLC made bySiemens and the single chip processor named AVR. PLC receives control signalsthrough Ethernet communication from host computer, judges the priority open conditionof the route and checks whether the turnout is being location or not and take charge ofopenness of the relevant signal controller on the spot; the single chip processor AVRreceives positioning and anti-positioning information from specified turnout throughRS-485communication and drives the relevant electric switcher. For that, it makes thebest of PLC and single chip processor, improving speed and precision of the system andrealizing punctual and accurate control.
