Attendance management is personnel management work in the more important link, is the plan hair salary bonus, labor insurance benefits main basis. This thesis is aimed at Jiangxi Institute of Education prior attendance management exists many defects in our hospital, in order to realize the automation of attendance management, put forward to accord with the application requirement of the fingerprint attendance system of Jiangxi Institute of Education.This paper uses the object-oriented software development mode and UML description tool, completed the fingerprint attendance system requirements analysis and system design, system development and laid a solid foundation, unifies the development of norms and standards, reduce costs and minimize risk, ensure the quality of software. The system for different user object design corresponding subsystem:staff daily attendance system, query and examination and approval system, leading administrators attendance management system. The daily attendance system main function includes attendance information and abnormal attendance registration; leadership inquiry and examination and approval system mainly realizes the leadership of the Department, personnel department and faculty leaders on staff attendance query and abnormal attendance for approval; attendance management system is mainly to complete daily attendance preparation work and attendance records, query statistics and report printing and so on. The system’s main functions including staff management, the Department set up, shift setting, scheduling and attendance records and statements, adjustment, attendance records, abnormal attendance processing.The characteristic of this system is from the attendance management point of view, with a centralized database will almost all attendance related to the unified management of data, forming an integrated source of information. User friendly interface, strong report generation tools, analysis tools and information sharing causes the school attendance management personnel to shake off the heavy day-to-day work, make the management work more scientific, standardized, intelligent. In the overall design, the use of advanced modeling techniques; in practice, using the most popular and the most advanced development tools. System for modifying function easily, easy expansion, easy to maintain. The system uses B/S development mode, using advanced.NET framework, the user interface layer using c#coding, using VisualStudio.Net2008programming environment, background database using SQLServer2005, use the ADO.NET connection user interface layer and data layer.In summary, we analyzed the business on the basis of demand, the design and implementation of a highly efficient and stable, safe and reliable, easy to extend and maintain the fingerprint attendance system, hope to be able to achieve attendance management automation, improve our attendance management efficiency.
