With the development of computer and network technology, mobile communication technology and mobile embedded technology, mobile computing has freed people gradually from time and space limitations of traditional desktop calculation, making people work, and study in more natural, instinctive way. Additionally, with the rapid growth in the number of devices and widespread application of mobile handheld devices, people also become more dependent on a more natural, convenient way regardless of time and space limitations to collaboration. However, the performance of group collaboration research in the country is still in its infancy, behind foreign countries in this field. In addition, the research on performance evaluation of the group collaboration at home and abroad has not related to the field of mobile collaboration. Therefore, the research on performance evaluation of mobile collaboration group has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, we put forward mobile collaborative research model (CPEM2CG, Collaborative Performance Evaluation Model for Mobile Collaboration Group) combining with the existing research in the field of group collaboration performance evaluation and "IPO" model framework. The model investigates the relationship between the group organizational structure and group collaboration process and the collaborative performance of mobile collaboration group in depth, and proposes the research hypotheses. The paper verifies these hypotheses according to many stochastic simulation experiments on simulation platform based on field group collaboration, and draws the following conclusions:In terms of organization structure of the group, the group with a leader has higher performance than the group without a leader on collaboration performance. The appropriate size of the group can improve group collaboration performance, and showing the relationship n-type between them. And group task design is positively correlated with the group collaboration performance. In terms of group collaborative process, group collaboration performance is positively correlated with the communication and exchange among group members, and is also positively correlated with the awareness among group members, and shows a different correlation with the changes in the number of conflicts.In addition, we also built a mobile cooperative application platform based on goal search for the validation of evaluation model, and investigate in-depth the research background, architecture, and key issues, and describe the build process in detail according to software engineering idea. Finally, it discusses the performance evaluation model in the application platform, to further validate the model conclusions.
