According to the requirement of the spacecraft and a certain satelitic research in advance, the theme aims to research the increase of reliability for the telemetering data collection and control unit. The design is based on the theory of CCSDS in packet telemetry, the technique of alterable collection rate and the cool back model is used in the design, And according to the special need of spacecraft, it makes an extra research for the reliability. According the test result of the pattern, it is fit for the requirement of the project in advance. Analysing the test and nowadays telemetry requirement, the design can fit for the need of satellitic telemetric channels in recent five years, The design of "alterable collection rate of telemetering data" breachs the traditional techniques, and it is useful for the high rate design in the future.The theme mainly researches and solves some questions:1. Improve the traditional design for telemetery device, make the collection rate of telemetering data can be changed expediently and satisfy the function of CCSDS.2. Standardize the interface of modules, make it is possible for transmitting the high rate telemetering data and increasing the quantity of modules.3. Integrate and miniaturize the components, and lighten the size and weight of the unit.4. Make a high reliability design for hardware, and have real-time tests for the circuit’s healthy states. The design is a cold backup mode, it can increase the reliability of the unit, and ensure to work during the long full life.
