With the rapid development of the campus network, network is widely applied inuniversity. Therefore, the campus network bandwidth bottleneck has becomeincreasingly prominent. Owing to the single campus network export in the past, network bandwidth and transmission performance has become constraints of networkdevelopment, the university has also established the second network export. However, how to use the multi-export to solve the problems of the Campus Network accessingboth CHINANET and CERNET simultaneously, it has become the study focus of theuniversity network construction. This paper takes dual-export issues in university network construction as studybackground. By comparing several typical dual-export issues, and taking example bytunnel technology of the three-layer network, this paper developed an access systemfor accessing CHINANET and CERNTET at the same time. The system achieves theuser’s credibility access by utilizing the original three-tier network of universities andrealizes GRE driven for Windows platform by adopting Windows NDIS networkdriver model, it can establish multi-ISP access of the same physical network over theimplementation of policy routing in GRE driver. GRE tunnel which is establishedbetween the client and the second export gateway can provide high-speed accessingCHINANET network services when users using network via policy routing technology.Universities’ original three-tier network can ensure the campus network users to takefull advantage of CERNET network resources. Thus it resolved the problem of theuniversity network bandwidth exports reasonably and effectively.
