As a good communication solution, near earth space communication has a vastapplication prospect. Near earth space communication system can achieve high data rateand meet high mobility of users. Therefore, it is expected to become the third largestwireless communication system after satellite and terrestrial wireless communicationsystems. Hence it’s important to research technology related to near earth spacecommunication networks.This thesis mainly researched heuristic search method based on virtual force modeland proposed a rubber-band algorithm of topology generation which is suitable for nearearth space platform networks. First, the existing virtual force model of networktopology generation algorithm is improved to make the high altitude base stations fairlyallocated to the ground user nodes. And the process of network topology generationalgorithm is revised to solve the stalemate problem. Second, the stalemate solvingprocess is improved to generate well connected network topologies. Third, redundanthigh altitude base stations are utilized to generate fault-tolerant network topologies.Fourth, a network topology transform algorithm is proposed based on the abovenetwork topology generation algorithm. Last, the main framework and parts of modulesof a simulation system for near earth space platform networks are implemented basedon the research of our group.
