Compared with traditional linear regulated power supply, switching mode powersupply has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low power consumption, highefficiency, wide voltage stabilizing range and other advantages. Nowadays, it is widelyused in communication, control system, computer and peripheral equipment, householdappliances and other fields. However, in practical application, because the switch powersupply internal usually adopts high speed semiconductor switching device, when thebasic rectifier currents generated by the higher harmonic and transformer type powerconversion circuit generates a voltage spikes can produce very strong electromagneticinterference signals, which in and of itself and the surrounding electronic equipmentnormal work caused great influence. Therefore, switching power supply forelectromagnetic compatibility problem research is particularly important.This paper from the working principle of switching power supply proceed with,focuses on the analysis of the causes of electromagnetic interference of switching powersupply, using Hyperlynx software simulation function of the interference signal isanalyzed. With ShenPu CAN bus and fast charging system in the work encountered inthe process of electromagnetic compatibility problems, refer to the actual test results,the PCB board of the crosstalk and electromagnetic radiation simulation, and accordingto the simulation results, puts forward the whole electromagnetic compatibilityimprovement measures. At the same time, discussed in detail how the use of filtering,shielding, grounding and other means, to make its PCB board electromagneticcompatibility in accordance with the relevant provisions for testing. Research andimprovement of switching power supply of electromagnetic interference of switchingpower supply, further improve the anti-interference ability, so as to meet therequirements of electromagnetic compatibility.
