In this paper, as the research object of reflector antennas, on the basis of theintegration for heterogeneous software and auomation of electromagnetic software, thelarge antenna mechanical and electrical comprehensive analysis system has beendesigned. The system has solved the current status that the structure analysis of theantenna is out of touch with the electromagnetic situation, completed theelectromagnetic situation of large reflector antenna analysis from structure to thesimulation of electromagnetic,and provided a simple and practical comprehensive toolplatform for both stucture designer electromagnetic designer.In the comprehensive analysis of mechanical and electrical for reflector antennas,first of all, a wide range of applicability of ANSYS APDL language of rapid modelingand stress analysis for antenna in ANSYS has been wrote based on finite elementmodeling and analysis;secondly,based on structural analysis by ANSYS and the anylysisof antenna stucture, we get the finite element mesh model of antenna reflector by loadand achieve the conversion of finete element mesh from structure toelectromagnetic;thirdly, based on the secondary development of FEKO scriptinglanguage, we achieve the aim of electromagnetic mesh model import, mesh refinement,parameter design of electromagnetic simulation and the the electromagnetic simulationby using physical optics (PO) method; Finally, in the above study, we integrate ANSYSfinite element analysis software and high-frequency electromagnetic simulationsoftware FEKO together, completing a comprehensive analysis of the large antennamechanical and electrical comprehensive analysis system design.In this paper, a case study and the comparison of efficiency of antenna surfacedeformation by Ruze formula have been take to test the large antenna mechanical andelectrical system. By the comparison, we fully validate the correctness and accuracy ofthe large antenna mechanical and electrical comprehensive analysis system in thecomprehensive design of reflector antennas. For the design of reflector antennas, thelarge antenna mechanical and electrical comprehensive analysis system has a highpractical significance and application value.
