According to the frequent emergent events,the requirements for products ofmaneuver communication system become more and more important.With smallcommunications capacity and single type of services currently in our country,problemof integrated business access and high-capacity in vehicular communication is serious.First in this dissertation,the analyse on characteristics and requirements ofmaneuver communication,the general framework to implement the maneuvercommunication is expounded.Then, the main exchange technology are analyzed.TheMPLS exchange system based on ATM in maneuver communication field is the bestchoice.The space of vehicle platform was small, it will bring serious problem ofelectromagnetic compatibility(EMC). The EMC design,protection of the mobile trunkcommunication node for the stable operation.Finally,the communication node fortypical applications are designed.The communication node has high mobility off-road ability,independent powersupply.It has voice,Ethernet,frame relay and circuit simulation of intergrated businesssupport ability. Through test, the performance indicators to meet the designrequirements.
