With the rapid development of network-communication, the technology of networktesting becomes a hot research area. However, in the current market, most of thetesting-systems can test only one type of performance indexes, the one ofcomprehensive monitoring system is deadly needed.Based on study of many kinds of control technology, an Integrated-CommunicationMonitoring System, which can control and manage the test work, is designed andrealized.First, the paper studies the complex test requirements for a special large-scaleintegrated communication networks, and analyzes the urgency of the centralized controland integrated management. Then the equipments, which are in the special large-scaleintegrated communication networks, are divided into three categories: specialcustomized equipments, commercial equipments and digital bit error instruments. Later,the paper put forward a network monitoring system design to solve the problem abouthow to control and manage the tests timely. And then the paper proposed controlmethods to control devices in the system after detailed analyzing the nature of everytype of devices. Finally, the Integrated-Communication Monitoring System is realizedand its testing process and results are detailed analyzed.The system is fully functional, stable and efficient to monitor and control thenetwork tests after extensive testing and the actual using.
