The thesis mainly introduces the composition and realization method of3D temperature field visual system for green internet data center (IDC).The mathematical model of the temperature field in a Internet Data Center (IDC) is established based on computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory. By analyzing the temperature distribution of cabinet surface, a heat conduction equation is established, and is further solved based on the sensor data and by using the finite difference method. By taking the solved results as the boundary condition, the three dimensional temperature field is numerically simulated by employing the κ-ε model and the SIMPLEC algorithm.Based on the calculated numerical results of3D temperature field by FLUENT, a3D temperature field visual system for IDC was developed using Microsoft Visual C++and OpenGL, which can be used as an assistant analysis tool for energy conservation in IDC. The validity of the proposed model is proved by the experiment conducted in an experimental IDC. |
