The Imager scan control system performing as the core pars of the thermal imager scaner determines the entire system performance quality of the thermal imager.This article consists of the principles of three parts:scanning control system analysis, scanning control servo system theory design, scan control system circuit design.Scanning thermal imager and thermal imager scanning control system is composed of scanning mirror, scanning motor and scan control circuit, the angular position of the sensor and the detection circuit. This article discussed composed of work mechanism and structural characteristics for each part, quantitatively angle the proportional relationship of the sensor output voltage and the motor rotational angle. And based on the law of balance and the armature voltage of the motor torque balanced, this paper deduced the functional relationship between the scanning motor deflection angle and driving voltage and established a mathematical model of the scanning motor. When dealing with servo system theory design, scanning control system was abstracted as a typical position servo control system which controls system according to the double closed-loop negative position feedback and current feedback of the scanning motor mathematical model.Finally, according to the theoretical model of the scanning control system, the design of the scan control circuit, and finished debugging and verification, this artical proves that the design of this project scanning control system can achieve the performance requirements of scanning thermal imager as well as the needs ofthe scanning thermal imaging instrument system application.
