Automatic control of pressure regulating speed control dc speed control oftenin order to give priority to, and along with the power electronic technologydevelopment, the pulse width modulation (PWM) dc speed control system insmall and medium-sized power dc transmission in the high-speed development ofthe obtained. This paper basedon the SOPC system of the brushless dc motor speed and direction, controlsusing FPGA internal programmable logic unit the characteristics of the richresources, with the digital comparator instead of simulation comparator PWMsignal generation, the circuit is simple, easy to control.This paper applied the single polarity PWM algorithm of reversible PWMmodel of brushless dc motor drive, compared with other drive mode, singlepolarity reversible PWM model has fast response, good linearity and otheradvantages. Based on the PID control algorithm to join the fuzzy control theory, solvethe traditional PID parameters is not easy to realize the online adjust problem. Based on VHDL language implementation PWM module, application of FPGAbring ROM storage table will fuzzy control rule table writing system, makebrushless dc motor speed control system more stability and reliability. Based onMatlab and Quartursâ…ˇ simulation software of the waveform of PWM drivermodules and fuzzy PID control algorithm simulation and the results showed thatthe control algorithm can achieve good effect and desired objectives.
