A Web Service Matching Model And Algorithm Based On Ontology

Web Service is loosely coupled mid-ware delivered over Internet standard technology and is one of realization technique methods initiated by service science. One of key questions is requirement to solve the service discovery of Web service. At present, discovery models of Web service are set up maily by UDDI(Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration). UDDI can provide the foreign public visit interface. This kind of model will display different model along with different composition element or different technology.Therefore, there exists many different Web service’s discovery models whose center are UDDI at present. Matching algorithms are mainly divided two kinds at present. Service discovery matching algorithm based on the model is different with other because of different model.One is match based on the key words, another kind is match based on the semantic ontology. The latter has been already proven that has superiority of the accurate search compared to the former on the service discovery.In order to realize fast accurate search for Web Service,this paper constructed one kind service discovery model based on the UDDI and adopted service matching algorithm based on the ontology. This model mainly includes six parts,that is, Inference module, Service match module, Demand analysis module, Service tabulation module, Semantic transformation module, OWL-S(Ontology Web Language for Services)/UDDI transformation module. In matching algorithm, proposed two stage service match strategy.First, Web Services are matched by services’s type,then candidate services are matched through services’function semantics content.Through level-depatching mechanism and match based on ontology, the service search scope is reduced gradually,and correction and precision is improved.Lastly,Web Service matching procedure is analized corresponding concret example.The paper elaborated finally realization processes about development of the campus information inquiry prototype system based on the above service discovery model and the discovery match algorithms. constructing the corresponding main body, realizing finally resources accurate discovery based on two stage match strategy’s corresponding algorithm. Thus it has been confirmed that the model and the matching algorithms are validity.
