As the rapid development of medical industry informatization, software reliability andsecurity are highly required. Only applying high-quality software products can reduce oravoid medical incidents. Quality is the life of software. How to enhance the quality ofsoftware products and how to use effective quality management method is an urgent needto address the problem.Firstly, it analyze the purpose and significance of software quality management,through comparing with industry software quality management techniques and methods,receiving the conclusion that single quality management methods are difficult to improveproduct quality problems, a systematic quality management theory and methods should beestablished.Through the study of FMEA method as well as integration of software qualitymanagement methods and process methods, software quality management framework isproposed initially based on the FMEA model and its establishing processes are described.Summary of the FEMA model, which based software quality management framework,demonstrates its software quality management a simple and effective method. It assist forearly detecting and resolving potential defects, improving the quality of software productsand reducing medical malpractice.Comparative analysis of project data before and after introducing FMEA into Bcompany of Shanghai, Product quality meets ISO/IEC9126and Information technologySoftware Product Quality characteristic Evaluation and User Guide and quality wasimproved largely.At last, brief summary is given for this study, describing the insufficiency and lookingforward the further research direction.
