It’s very expensive and easily affected by the test site, weather and many other factors when modern radar anti-jamming is testing in the field, so it’s difficult to test and verify radar anti-jamming performance in all kinds of complicated electromagnetic environment. Radar electromagnetic environment simulation technology can simulate real battlefield environment of all kinds of complicated electromagnetic environment. It overcomes the flaws of field test and make the radar anti-interference test can be conducted in the laboratory. With the continuous development of electromagnetic environment simulation technology, it will play a more and more important role in the radar anti-jamming test and daily training of radar troops.At first, this paper designs the overall scheme of the radar electromagnetic environment simulation system, studies the generation principle and jamming effect of radar jamming signal, including RF noise jamming, random pulse interference, linear sweep frequency interference, pulse delay stacked interference and interrupted-sampling and repeater jamming, then expounds the principle of radar deception jamming and the system realization structure, studies the methods of parameter measurement of radar signal, including pulse width measurement and sorting of the received signal, frequency measurement, power measurement, pulse monitoring and generation of main lobe reference signal. Finally the paper introduces the system hardware platform, completes FPGA design and implementation of the radar jamming signal and parameter measurement of radar signal.This article also exactly studies the radar signal sorting algorithm and radar reconnaissance environment, analyses the characteristics of the pulse description parameters, mainly introduces the PRI characteristics and its mathematical modeling. For stability and reliability of the bearing parameters, pre-sorting of radar signal choose the DOA separation method. Radar main sorting algorithm is the key of the research, in this paper, the sequential search algorithm, histogram algorithm (SDIF and CDIF) and PRI transform algorithm and its improved algorithm is simulated with MATLAB and then the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm is analyzed.
