The management and investigation of official document is a very important part ofpublic security departments. It is a problem to be solved how to use technologicalmeans of information technology to save manpower, material and financial resources, toimprove work efficiency and to enhance data security. The one hand, the size of thedocument data grows rapidly. On the other hand, existing keyword search methods cannot meet the user demand for diversification search. Therefore, we need to fully explorethe user’s search intent, to provide intelligent, personalized inquiry service.This thesis introduces development and operating process of the official documentinvestigation system in Zhongshan. This system enables managers and staff free frommanual labor. Therefore, they can dedicate themselves into solving more complicatedproblems with high efficiency.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the officialdocument investigation system in Zhongshan system, the concept and development status quo of document investigation, as well as technologies frequently used applied incurrent official document investigation system development. On this basis, the thesisanalyzes the user management, privilege management, structured data queryunstructured data query combined with the actual situation of a document investigationsystem in the overall business needs.Through demand analysis of the system, this thesis designs the general functionplanning and then layered architecture which is based on JAVA EE. The systemconsists of presentation layer, business logic layer and the permanent layer. It deals withspecific function designs and database table designs of modules, such as usersmanagement, login management, official document data management, system securitymanagement.The last part is about the operation of the system by adopting B/S developmentmodel and three-layered architecture, the Oracle datebase and Tomcat Server, withJAVA Language and.JAVA EE platform as developer kits.This thesis introduces the requirements analysis, functional module division,analysis of the database schema, and thus designs the structure of the database. System run effect proved that the official document investigation system designed in this thesismeet the needs of public security bureau of zhongshan and also provides a referenceprogram for other public security bureau application.
