Since21th Century, economic globalization, information networking, resourceknowledge trend is becoming increasingly prominent. Enterprise management mustfocus on internal factors from the perspective of management mode to take theinformation technology as the basis to integrate the resources of the mode changeover,build internal market chain management system and operation system of enterprise toadapt to the market economy environment key. Internal market chain managementmechanism and the corresponding management information system will be beneficial tocultivate market main body consciousness of competition and survival ability, improveenterprise management level, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The thesis presents systemic the research and application in the field of the currentdomestic and international customer relationship management system.The currentseveral fashion management information systems development methods and ERP, BPR,and other basic theory relevant with the enterprise internal market chain managementsystem were analyzed.The content, task and characteristics of information systemsanalysis were described, and the business processes, functional structure, the systemuser and application security and other key elements of the enterprise internal marketchain management system were analyzed, applying the analysis modeling approach ofmanagement information systems.
