Abstract: It is the urgent need for some private higher vocational colleges toprovide them with a highly digital, standardized, scientific information and processingplatform of the human resources management by using the idea of human resourcesmanagementand and the computer technology to develop the human resourcemanagement system in private higher vocational colleges.This paper briefly introduces the background, the significance of study, the mainwork involved in this subject, as well as the domestic and foreign research status ofhuman resource management system. The paper also discusses key technologies of thehuman resources management system, such as the B/S structure, the J2EE and the Strutsstructure based on MVC, etc..According to the actual situation of human resources management work in zhejiangChangzheng vocational and technical college, this paper carries out system analysis,system design, and system achievement according to the requirements of softwareengineering, and uses the technology of Struts framework for J2EE to achieve the MVCsystem by its design model.In the part of system achievement, this paper mainly introduces the methods andsteps of main functions in the system such as personnel file management, recruitmentmanagement, user management, organization structure management, etc. It proved thatthis system can meet the demand of the college, effectively improve the operationefficiency of college after having tested.
