The Research And Practice Of Digital Hospital

With the development of technology and increase of people’s standards of living, the requirement of improving health level is being increased. Application of communication technology and computer hardware and software promotes digital hospital construction. The development of digital hospital plays an important role of realizing resource integration, reducing costs, improving service quality and work efficiency. Nowadays, application of Internet of Things and wireless mobile technology to medical career has been recognized widely by society, which makes the construction of mobile digital hospital possible.Mobile digital hospital is a huge and complicated system, centered by medical information system and patients. Started by the hospital practice, mobile digital hospital has finished the collection, transmission and storage of hospital management information, medical treatment information and patients’ diagnosis information, which satisfies the requirements of patients to mobile medical treatment.Firstly, the thesis discusses the main structure of mobile digital hospital and constructs its hierarchy, including decision-making hierarchy, knowledge hierarchy, operation hierarchy, data hierarchy and physics hierarchy. Then, the C/S structure and B/S structure is put forward, and the main technologies and standards used in the construction of mobile digital hospital are explained.The thesis mainly researches three subsystems.(1) Intelligent diagnosis expert system. Based on disease diagnosis information and disease character parameter, diagnosis pattern estimation can be finished by machine learning.(2) Telemedicine system based on wireless sensor network. Physiological parameters data can be transmitted quickly and safely to medical service center by wireless sensor technique and communication technique, which makes telemedicine and teleconsultation come true.(3) Community telemedicine transmission platform. Community medical terminal system platform combined basic medical treatment and public sanitation is established, on which the data exchange and information share between community hospitals and general hospitals can be finished. Meanwhile, the function of exchange diagnosis, registration reservation, teleconsultation, wireless clinic can be realized.
