| Nowdays, with the advance of science and the growth of economic which bring inthe improvement on people’s life, the public safety is turning to be more and moreconcerned. Based on the matured technology, pushed by the insistent demand ofpeople’s life, the intelligent video surveillance technology developed rapidly.It was not just the function of the surveillance that the intelligent video surveillancesystem for school has performed, besides, the function of video coalition is designed asan intelligent system, which allows the system to track a fixed target that is within thedomain of the surveillance automatically. Firstly, we introduced the hardware frame ofthe intelligent video surveillance technology. Then, we focused on the questions of thelocation planning of the cameras and the optimized control of the cameras, the latter ofwhich is paid more attention.Video surveillance system use the master-slave scheduling model camera mostly,but this model lays excessive burden on the host, scheduling difficulties, making it easyto form the bottleneck of the system and limiting the scalability and the flexibility of thesystem. Based on the original video surveillance system, our design makes acancellation of the main camera and adopts the methods of the coordination and thecooperation between the communications of the scheduling of the multi-camera to trackthe target. With the research on the new scheduling model which is based on the AntColony Algorithm, the algorithm of ACTCA（Ant Colony Target-Camera Association）is adopted. And, according to the mission priorities, the objectives, the distance betweenthe cameras and the visibility of the targets, the Ant Colony Algorithm is adopted incalculating the QOS (Quality of Service) of the camera-target in order to get the bestcamera-target, thus to distribute the camera to the target. The character is that thevisibility target with high priority and less distance can get the camera priority. |
