Research On The Reconifgurability Of Manufactuirng Execution System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of information technology, manufacturing industryhope to merge the advanced management ideas with the information technology, so ERP,MES and other advanced technologies have emerged. However, the global economicintegration makes the enterprise market increasing competition. How can make theenterprise’s manufacturing system meet the requirements, and also can shorten theresponse time and adapt to strategic adjustment of the enterprise, which causes concern.So the exploration for the reconfigurable of manufacturing system arises.Enterprise manufacturing plant because of its complex diversity, variability andother characteristics requires the corresponding manufacturing execution system withthe flexibility, configurability and other features. To satisfy this requirement, this papergives a systematic study on how to implement the manufacturing execution system withreconfigurable feature, also is reconfigurable MES system.This paper first to make an overview of MES system, and explains its situation,problems and development trend. Then discusses several research angles about theimplementation of reconfigurability of MES system, which provides a theoretical basisfor the implementation of reconfigurable MES system. Then analyzes which keytechnologies are used for the development of reconfigurable MES system, and putforward an overall design idea that based on MVC model and SSH2combination frametechnology. According to the investigation we carry out need analysis, system modelingand general structure design. And following the hierarchical design principles, eachlayer’s implementation processes are given. Finally, we analyze the causing factor ofMES system reconfiguration, puts forward five kinds of reconfiguration and elaboratesthe specific implementation of every reconfiguration.The system designed to meet the functional requirements, has some reconfigurablefeatures and also can be seen as a prototype system of developing other systems. It hassome economic value, and also plays a guiding role for the exploration of reconfigurability of manufacturing system.
