The Design And Implementation Of Material Evidence Management System For Public Security Bureau Of Weifang

Material evidence is one of the seven kinds of evidence which prescribed by criminal procedural law, and also is the important evidence proving crime. It has the objective reality, irreplaceability and legality. Much material evidence from the scene of the crime is obtained by auditee and technical personnel who carefully search and extract day and night in the extremely difficult bad conditions. Therefore, we should strengthen norms and requirements, and use modern information technology to improve the quality of management, and realize the scientific evidence management to make up the disadvantage in the work, which is the only way to improve the work efficiency. Combining with the way of business labor of existing criminal technology, we can design and realize material evidence management system of weifang public security bureau.The material evidence management system of weifang public security bureau is analyzed and designed using the concept of software engineering. This paper describes requirement analysis, system design and realization process of material evidence management system. In order to maximize the expansion of system performance in the design process, material evidence management system of weifang public security bureau adopts reasonable J2EE framework technology. System still applies Struts2technology, JSP technology and MVC pattern in the development process. First this paper describes the function demand of material evidence management system using UML use case analysis way, and introduces the system function cases, and determines the function and corresponding realization way of this system in the design and realization process. Then this paper describes overall design using function structure and technical structure diagram, and designs the relational database. At last, according to requirement analysis and design content, this paper realizes the system using related technologies, and completes whole development work.Material evidence information management is mainly to fill in appraisal power of attorney, accepts the registration and set up inspection professional for material evidence. Also, it includes professional inspection, material evidence warehousing, material evidence lending, handing over and destruction for material evidence, etc. The business has relatively fixed processing procedures and business process. This system uses object-oriented programming technology, and abstracts the business logic of material evidence information management business process, and sets up a material evidence information management workflow model based on activity network diagram. This paper describes the process model and organization model in detail. This system mainly designs and implements the business processing module such as acceptation and registration administration, professional inspection, material evidence lending, handing over and destruction based on workflow technology.These modules can monitor execution state of business process in real time, and reduce inspection staff program, and greatly enhance the work efficiency of material evidence business management.The design and realization of the system takes flexible configuration management as the foundation, and the business process requirements may be changed at any time for configuration. This system can standardize involved property management work of the public security bureau, and maintain the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and guarantee law enforcement work to go on smoothly.
