In recent years, with the continuous development of artificial intelligence, which made significant improvement in the intelligent decision support system and intelligent methods, and also has been applied to the whole aspects of production and social life, supporting leaders to make satisfied choices. However, the pumping station is a dynamic complex system that accounts for a larger proportion of energy consumption, if we applied intelligent decision to this area which will make great value when facing many complex factors. This article studies the energy issues under the background of pump station, using the intelligent decision support methods to do in-depth analysis of energy consumption problem. This paper to do the following work:1. In this paper, we applied the Content Cognition Technology which has a great advantage on the retrieval problems that could provide as much as possible relevant information. The technology that content cognition used to describe concepts and the interrelationships in a specify field, or even in a wider range, it can make these concepts and relations have common recognized, clear and the single definitions in the sharing range.2. We use the shortest path algorithm to solve the multi-level pump station, interaction of transport problems can be attributed to the shortest path problems which is the most applicable aspect. In the practical application, it is often necessary to solve the shortest path with constraints problems, such as by specifying the node, such as bandwidth and delay constraints.3. We applied the software of Microsoft Visual Studio2008simulation which using C#language to achieve optimal operation of cascade pumping system, which will give a brief introduction on Chapter V. It is proved that the proposed optimal operation of cascade pumping stations intelligent decision method is effective under using collected data, the parameters of simulation running, and as a result achieved good results,...
