With acceleration of aging process and increasement of the number of sub-health peope,the number of chronic cases increased sharply which brings heavy burden to medical industry. Therefore, in order to provide continuous and effective health service and reduce the potential health dangers, designing more perfect human’s health monitoring system become an important science project.The positioning accuracy of present human’s monitoring system is low, and the flexibility, real-time and intelligence of service offers cannot meet the core needs of medical monitoring and medical care. In order to solve this problem, this paper using the technology of IOT (Internet of Things) to study human’s health monitoring.The research contents and results are as follows:1. Expounds the content networking the concept, structure, and positioning, sensors and wireless sensor network technology, introduces and analyses the human body health detection system at home and abroad in the current research and the defects.2. Put forward an algorithm of Kernel Locality Preserving Localization. In wireless sensor network positioning mechanism, range error offen appear nonlinear and uncertainty. However Kernel Locality Preserving Localization algorithm can solve the problem well. The contrast experiment shows that positioning accuracy of Kernel Locality Preserving algorithm is higher.3. Use gene expression programming to optimize positioning model. Gene expression programming localization algorithm not only can overcome the lower positioning accuracy and the poor robustness of common optimization algorithm or model, but also can location unknown nodes through neighbors anchor nodes in two jump when the anchor node is insufficient. The experimental results show that the algorithm is better than Genetic Algorithm in location positioning accuracy.4. Design the human body’s health monitoring system which integrates multiple physiological parameter testing function. The chip of CRF51integrated ECG. blood pressure, body temperature modules use the wireless sensor network to self-organize into networks, collect data which will be analyzed and processed by the monitoring software and executive alarm system. The experiment tests the real time, flexibility and intelligence of the system, the results show that the system has the high reliability.
