Time Division-Synchronous CDMA (TD-SCDMA) is one of the3rd generation international mobile telecommunication standards put forward by DATANG Telecom Group, approved by International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and adopted by the3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).This standard uses the TDD mailing address,and it in aspects and so on frequency spectrum use and system performance has the strong superiority.The arithmetic of AMRC in this paper is based on the needs of circuit services with multi-rates in the3rd generation telecommunication system. The arithmetic is based on adaptive multi-rate encoding methond. It mainly uses in completing the realization of AMR pronunciation code.In other words,it can march rate adjustment to choose the appropriate rate in pronunciation atansmission under different environment. First, the basic priciples was studied.Then, the standard procedure described by protocol of3GPP was introduced.At last, the detailed method applied on the3rd generation telecommunication system development. To prove the advantage of AMRC algorithm, simulation tests that accordance with the three aspects of adaptation rates, coverage and quality was run and the test result was analysied.The research production in this paper has successfully applied to development and implement of TD-SCDMA system equipment in DATANG Mobile Co. After practical application proof,the realization way of the arithmetic in this paper is feasible and effective.
