Based on the ethnic characteristics of Xinjiang Uygur images, this paper developed a Uygur design restructuring design system. This system combines computer science, technology and traditional Uighur artistic features union and speeds up the development of the Uighur design.Primitive which is the basic unit of the pattern of pictures often are repeated when the Xinjiang Uygur folk art designer designs new image, such as the vine leaves, there are dozens of similar leaves in a pattern. According to the computer’s computation efficiency, this paper proposed a method of raster image partly vectorization based on users’ interaction. Firstly, The method which track the boundary obtains the closed and orderly local image outline after user interaction. Then, using threshold iteration increases polygon fitting outline methods which we proposed to fit polygon contour.Because image structures such as two sides continual are often used in the Uighur images, this paper analyzed the beauty of Xinjiang Uygur image, according to which this paper designed and implemented primitive-restructuring designed methods. It can accelerate the speed and efficiency of generating new images with certain structures.As the primitive operations require to fill color or texture, the image will be not tiled smoothly when texture filled with images, this paper propose two kinds of tileable texture synthesis methods. Tileable texture is a kind of picture which can smoothly join together in both Horizontal and vertical directions. In this paper, tileable texture synthesis methods based on point algorithm and tileable texture synthesis methods based on graph cut are proposed. Tested on many natural images, experiments show that the proposed algorithms can effectively solve "image do not smoothly tiled" problems.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1) three kinds of user interaction are designed and a method of raster image partly vectorization based on user interaction are proposed to made the primitive can easily redesigned; a threshold iteration increases polygon fitting is proposed, which can Effectively reducing the storage of primitive;(2) this paper designed and implemented several primitive re-structure patterns after analysising of the beauty of Xinjiang Uygur images to accelerate the speed and efficiency of new images creation; (3) both tileable texture synthesis methods based on pixel and on graph cut are proposed to solve "image do not smoothly tiled" problems.
