Electric car research in today’s world is new energy automobile main development direction, the electric car research is still in the commissioning stage, the stage has happened several fire event. In this paper, according to the need of reality study design a set of auxiliary improve electric car research and development of the electric car remote monitoring system. This paper introduces the sex this paper introduces domestic and international electric car remote monitoring system development present situation, the research CAN bus technology and GPRS communication technology related basic theory, has been clear about the topic research content and purpose, research to solve the key technical problems.In this paper the design of electric car remote monitor and control the system by the on-board terminal and remote monitoring platform of two parts. By monitoring every car electric car is equipped with a vehicle terminals, the terminal through CAN bus for electric vehicle running status, battery voltage, current, temperature, SOC data, etc., and read the terminal RTC time information, LM3S2965will data the DES algorithm encryption package, on the one hand, through the local data storage equipment (SD card) the data stored in the car, on the other hand through the GPRS network sent to the designated IP monitoring center platform. In the distant monitoring platform through the Internet for every car to send data, the DES algorithm decryption is displayed on a monitor flat again you PC, complete the monitoring center the vehicle monitoring function. System and remote for help, remote control function.This paper established the system overall design scheme, the system working principle. And through the circuit design and PCB production construction vehicle terminal hardware platform, respectively from the power supply circuit, LM3S2965minimum system circuit, GPRS application circuit, CAN bus interface circuit, and the input interface circuit, output interface circuit, SD card data storage circuit, clocking circuit on the circuit design and research, completing the hardware design, hardware platform work performance is good. In the hardware platform for the software development, complete CAN driver, GPRS communication driver design, and realize the DES encryption algorithm, to ensure the confidentiality of the data transmission.This paper through the Visual Basic programming to realize the monitoring platform server established, monitoring platform administrator login, the vehicle management, data analysis function. Monitoring platform friendly interface, easy to operate.This article through to CAN, GPRS, DES encryption key technique such as research, combining actual independent design and construct a set of CAN realize remote real-time monitoring vehicle terminal and monitoring platform. GPRS communication in the use of encryption algorithm guarantees the makers and parts factory data security, can promote the remote monitoring system in electric vehicle research the popularization and use.
