With the rapid development of wireless communication, the scarcity of spectrum resource has become a bottleneck which cannot be ignored any longer. Cognitive radio, a new concept which appeared in the wireless communication field in1992, has become a new force to optimize the spectrum allocation problem.Under the background of National973Program "R&D on Cognitive Radio Network", spectrum allocation algorithm for the CR network is studied in this paper. On the other hand, relative development work is in progress to enhance the performance of USRP-based CR management centre.Through the simulation results in Chapter4, CSGC (Color Sensitive Graph Coloring) algorithm proves generally effective but such advantages just emerge with great randomness. In order to solve this problem, an object-oriented strategy based on the multi-attribute decision making theory is brought up. And an obvious improvement in performance is testified according to the corresponding Matlab simulation results.Chapter5is aimed at the available management centre. First, some improvement research and Python programming work such as data decoding and GUI realization are introduced. Then, a new call-connection-control mechanism is put forward and demonstrated.
