Space launch site test information system is technological guarantee platform for the launch site to executive space launch and test appraisal. According to the different division of functions, the platform is composed of multiple systems. In the implementation of the space launch during test mission, each system, subsystem all can produce a large number of all kinds of test data. With the increasing information demand when the space shuttle launch site in each sub-systems, the resulting data types and data quantity increased sharply. The transition of the function of the launch site brings out the higher demand for comprehensive utilization ability and sharing level of all kinds of test data. However, a lot of test data which are distribute stored according to the division of the function and the region form so-called "distribution data". Some systems are isolated from the external physical; some systems have the network connection, but the current information transmission way is inconvenient for fully sharing and application of information. How to integrate these sub-systems with geographically distribution, functional autonomy and close business association into a unified system has become a new important topic in the construction of space launch site information integration using the idea of integration in data supervision business level. Distributed database unified manage and share scattered information, which can make the scattered and independent original database as a whole, so that we not only can gain all kinds of test information more reliably and effectively, but also can meet the requirement of sharing and comprehensive analysis using of the launch site information Therefore, the study of regulation platform of space shuttle launch site data integration based on distributed database has a great significance.From the present situation of space shuttle launch site test information system in this paper, combining with the new demand in the information construction of space shuttle launch site, a research objective to establish a regulation platform of space shuttle launch site data integration has been proposed in this paper, which has unified network environment, unified system structure, unified operation management and unified information interface. First the definition of information integrated control platform, system function, design objectives and overall arrangement are given; and then the research background, realization principles, implementation methods and System components of the integrated information regulation platform are discussed in detail in this paper; finally, according to the analysis of the Oracle database system function and performance and application of Oracle distributed database technology, Using C/S and B/S combination of layered system design, the integrated information regulation platform is realized by the distributed database technology Oracle. The verification indicates that framework design and technology method proposed in this paper is practical and feasible, research result has been successfully applied to a launch site.In this paper, the research result can provide not only a top design basis for organic integration and utilization of the existing distribution data in space launch site, but also a complete and feasible solution for improving data mining and data sharing level and Launch site test ability.
