With the rapidly development of network, the topological structure becomes moreand more complex. To provide users with high quality service, we need understand thenetwork performance and operation condition accurately and comprehensively. Theeffective method to achieve this purpose is an instrument which can measure networkwith accurate and real-time.In this thesis, the network topological visualization moduleis mainly researched on embedded database SQLite and MiniGUI graphical interfacebased on IP network measuring instrument. We also study the P2P traffic-recognitionmodule which is the application of the topological visualization to the P2P applicationlayer flow optimization.Firstly, this paper introduces the current research at home and abroad of themeasurement of IP network and measuring instrument, discuss the concept structure andmeasuring key technology of the network measurement, together with the software andhardware structure design of the IP network measuring instrument. Besides,development process and embedded environment building are discussed.Secondly,based on ICMP topology discovery algorithm, together with SQLite database andMiniGUI development software, and according to the characteristics of the IPinstrument, put forward a kind of plane tree visualization algorithm, and realize the finalshow of visualization; Thirdly, based on the data acquisition setups--libpcap, the paperput forward a kind of effective P2P traffic recognition module can accurately identifyP2P applications, then according to the node connected information find the P2Papplication layer topology. After analyzes the influence of P2P traffic to the main links,put forward a feasible method based on Node Priority, which can reduce the burden ofthe main link of P2P network. Finally, we summarizes the work of the subject, andoutlook to the next steps. |
