The inflatable spread antenna has some advantages, such as light weight, low costto fly, small volume for collecting, high reliability to spread, long working life. It is theideal choice of large diameter and even large caliber antenna in the future. And thismakes it become a hot topic rapidly in recent years. The shape precision has a primaryeffect in antenna’s electrical property、gain and service condition when the inflatableantenna is working. So, the research on the shape precision optimization of theinflatable antenna has the extremely vital significance to the matching design betweenstructure and performance and the development and application in the future.First of all, I summed up the forming theory and inflatable antenna developmentsituation, and introduced the software OpenGL which makes electromagnetic datavisualization. Then, I analyze the electromagnetic data and mash the model and. At thelast I had the data acquisition and processing which was reflected by the antenna’sparaboloid and realized the cloud field’s2D display with VC++and OpenGL.Establish the reflective surface analysis methods of error with the parabolic antennareflection theory and physical truth.Analyze the surface accuracy of inflatable antenna with EMC theory andElectromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave knowledge. And analyze the surfaceaccuracy by contrasted the visualization of electromagnetic data graphics and themodel. Then, we can know that whether the antenna surface’s deformation can meetour need. This can provide some feedback message for the inflatable antenna’sstructural design and how to control the air pressure. And the paper has some certaininnovation.
