With the rapid development of computer technology, a variety of enterprises,research institutes as well as the military all involve in a large number of documents.Some of these documents are of high privacy, and the leakage of these secrets can causehuge disasters. Software used to manage these private and confidential documents is inurgent need. Security problems caused by data leakage have become the great concernsin recent years, especially in the fields of business information security, thus more andmore enterprises are introducing their own information leakage prevention system.In this paper, we have proposed a document transparent encryption and decryptionsolution based on the existing document encryption methods, dedicated to protecting thesafety of important documents. An innovative anti-leak security model based onWindows platform was established to provide a variety of document decryption andstorage solutions and prevent the disclosure of confidential documents.This paper was organized as follows: First, the significance of this research subjecthas been investigated and the crucial problems which need to be solved are alladdressed. After the intensive analysis of existing encryption and decryption technology,algorithm principles, and huge previous work, the design concept, system frameworkand principle algorithms have been put forward and pave the way of the solving of datasecurity. The effectiveness and validity have been examined and certified on thewindows platform with VC++environment. The details of work flow andfundamental functions and encryption and decryption processing are also presented inthis paper.
